I lived in Puerto Rico for a few years from age 19-21 and traveled all around the island. Since then, I have vacationed here with my family many times and have always dreamed of owning a home in this tropical paradise.

Tropic Like It's Hot & Borinquen Breeze is that dream come true. We chose these homes because of it's incredible locations. Tropic Like It's Hot is close to everything from El Yunque, Luquillo and Fajardo beaches, proximity to the airport, and easy access to shopping and restaurants. It's also a quick trip into San Juan or to the Ceiba ferry port to explore Vieques or Culebra. Borinquen Breeze is close to the the BQN Airport, the amazing beaches of Aguadilla and Isabela, and a short to drive to Rincon and other great town on the West Coast of Puerto Rico.

Tropic Like It's Hot went through a complete remodel after we bought it in 2022, essentially stripping it down to cinder blocks and renovating everything. We put a lot of love and care into this home to make it a place for families and friends to create lifelong memories together. We love relaxing by the pool, hanging out on the balcony, and playing family games together.

We purchased Borinquen Breeze in the summer of 2025 and added another bathroom, laundry room, 4 new AC units, a breakfast nook, and did some other other minor updates to make it a very comfortable and unique home to stay in with large groups and familes.
